Adjustable beds can get as fancy as you can dream of and having a massage option is not difficult at all. However, before you buy an adjustable bed with a massing feature, you need to understand how the massage feature has been implemented. Some crude designs of the adjustable beds massaging systems make the whole bed frame vibrate. Such a design is very inefficient, noisy and uncomfortable.
A massage on the bed should be felt as if someone is giving you a massage by hand. There are mattress pads available that you can retrofit on any bed. These pads have rollers with adjustable movements. The automatic rolling movements are designed to imitate human actions giving you the perfect massage while lying in your own bed and watching TV.
Some modern designs of mattresses for adjustable beds have massage pads built into the them. You do need to make sure that these massage pads would not bother you at all when you sleep on them!
